INTRODUCTION
Get a picture or a photo of the Universal Church Kingdom of God. Show the picture (or photo) to the children and ask them? "What image (picture) is this? What is it? (Wait for their participation) Yes, very good, is the image (picture) of a church. Did you know that in ancient time’s long time ago there were no churches? In today's story, we will learn how the first church was built and who built it. Do you want to know? Then pay close attention as we begin the story.

GOD’S HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
Despite being a very wise king and judging peoples cases with wisdom, Solomon was used by God to write three books of the Bible: The Book of Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Solomon. He was also used to build the house of God, Solomon built a beautiful temple for God.
For many, many years since leaving in Egypt the people of Israel didn’t have a place to worship God just as we have the churches today. They used a local shop to worship God, called the Tabernacle. The Tabernacle was a sacred place where only priests could enter, the Ark of the Covenant of God was there. The priests were men of God, the pastors today. David, Solomon's father, wanted to build a temple for God, but He was asked to leave that task to his son Solomon, David had been involved in many wars, and the house of God should be built in peace.
When he finished building the temple, Solomon commanded that the Levites and priests carry the Ark of the Covenant to there. So they left the sanctuary, a cloud filled the house of God, Solomon sent for wood from Lebanon, large stones, gems, gold, silver and all that was best. Well, God deserves the best ... isn’t it?

CONCLUSION
So that’s why we must have respect and reverence when we are in church as it is the House of God. We must not speak loudly, draw on the chairs, littering the floors and playing in the church. We must give respect to God. Solomon was careful to do everything perfect and right for the House of God, and must also have love and care with everything in it, since it was built so we could meet everyone who love Jesus, talk to God in prayer, praise and worship.
